The multiple license scheme is an extension of the Mozilla triple license
scheme. The principal difference is that we are using the CeCiLL
license as an alternate license in addition to the MPL, GPL and LPGL.
If a piece of code is multi-licensed, that means that someone (the
licensee) who modifies and/or distributes it can choose which of the
available sets of license terms they are operating under.
